If you are out on a trip and begin to experience issues with the RV you've rented, please contact the owner. In most cases, they can walk you through troubleshooting an issue with their RV over the phone. If the issue cannot be fixed over the phone, they will be the one that will make decisions about how to move forward.
If you require things like flat tire assistance, fluid replacement or top-off, a battery jump, etc. please contact roadside assistance and inform the owner as soon as possible. If there is damage, email any information along with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can start processing the claim.
In the case of an accident, please move to a safe location if possible and contact the police immediately.
