How long does it take for an owner to respond?

Owners are given 72 hours to respond to a rental request. After 72 hours, the request will expire and you will not be charged. 

If you have an inquiry out on an RV and are not hearing back from the owner, you can message other owners to inquire about the availability of their RV. If in the meantime, you find a different RV you would like to book, you can cancel your first inquiry with no penalty, as long as the owner has not accepted it. We do not recommend putting in multiple rental inquiries at once, as more than one may be accepted. If this happens, you may be subject to our cancellation policy.

Some owners are more responsive than others on the platform. When you send the owner a message, it may take them some time to respond. You can message as many owners about their RV as you would like. We recommend reaching out to multiple owners via the messaging function before putting in an official request.
