Rental Forms

An in-person walkthrough of your RV with your renter before and after a rental period is required.  In order to protect both parties in the event of a disagreement, please complete our pre and post-trip rental forms together.

Our online rental forms are available on our app, Good Sam Travel or online through mobile.  Please note that this application will be coming to desktops in the future.

If the forms are not completed electronically, please ensure that the paper rental forms are completed. These forms are emailed to you and the renter 72 hours before a rental occurs. The rental forms must be completed to file a claim or collect post-trip fees.

Note: Claims may be denied without completed rental forms or penalty fees present in your listing at the time of booking.
