Renter Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be granted, minus the processing fee and applicable taxes if:
- The booking request is less than seven (7) days before the reservation start date and is canceled by the renter within two (2) hours of booking.
- The booking request is more than seven (7) days before the reservation start date and is canceled by the renter within 24 hours of booking.
NO REFUNDS are issued if the trip is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled rental unless booked and canceled within 2 hours.
If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before the rental:
- Insurance is refunded
- Booking total is refunded
- Booking and processing fees are not refunded
- Additional driver fees are not refunded, if applicable
If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the rental:
- Insurance is refunded
- 75% of the booking total is refunded
- Booking total is not refunded
- Booking and processing fees are not refunded
- Additional driver fees are not refunded, if applicable
If the reservation is canceled more than 7 days before the rental:
- Insurance is refunded
- 50% of the booking total is refunded
- Booking total is not refunded
- Booking and processing fees are not refunded
- Additional driver fees are not refunded, if applicable
Cancellations initiated by the owner will result in a full refund to the renter.
Owner Cancellation Policy:
- After 2 cancellations by an owner in a rolling 6-month window, all additional cancellations result in a cancellation fee.
- If the subsequent cancellations occur more than 7 days before the pickup date, $50 is charged to the owner.
- If the subsequent cancellations occur within 7 days of the pickup date, $100 is charged to the owner.
- Exceptions can be made for extraordinary circumstances by customer support.
