When an insurance claim needs to be filed, please make sure you have the following required documents available, or your claim may not be accepted:

- Photos of the damage
- Completed and signed rental forms (this information is automatically saved when you fill out the forms using mobile or the Good Sam Travel app)
- Information exchanged at the scene (information about the other vehicle/party if applicable)
- Law enforcement reports or details (if applicable)
